rev:text	Update: Upgraded to 3 stars. uBreakiFix saw my review and quickly got back to me with an offer over the phone of a $100 refund. I am satisfied with this response and thank them for the gesture. I only wish we could have handled this on the spot at the time which would have been easy enough, but the follow up was professional and acceptable. Original Review: These guys really upset me. I don't typically flame businesses but they've earned it. I took my macbook pro in to have the screen repaired. Two weeks later it was "done." So I went to pick it up and found out yes, they had indeed replace the screen, but they also damaged the case. Looked like it had been dropped, and it was dented on the corner. This is a $3500 machine btw. So the guy said hey you can have $50 off, or we can fix the damage we caused. I said I wanted it fixed, but that I also wanted some kind of refund. So, he said yeah we'll fix it and "I'm sure we can do some kind of money back as well." Did I mention I paid before the brought the computer out and revealed the extra damage they caused? Well, I paid. Okay then. Two more weeks later and it's ready ... again. So I pick it up, and lo and behold, absolutely no dice on the partial refund that I had been told would be forthcoming. Then they told me if I wanted they could put the broken screen back on and give me $50 back. Not to mention they SAT on my $420 the last two weeks. Their company earned interest on my money that entire time. It also cost me $30 to uber up from work to pick it up the first time. Unreal.
