  • Having breakfast in Las Vegas was not my thing for the 3 days. This time I met a business contact at Egg & I. Service was very good and place was packed for a Thursday at 8am. I ordered the following: Corned Beef Hash ($11): It came with two eggs, toast and potatoes. The potatoes, eggs and toast was good but the Corned beef was mushy, wet and very salty. Everything else was good. I noticed that they have a Hawaiian menu so when I go back, I'm going to try the Loco Moco.
