  • Painting a clear picture of these apartments and the staff will take me a few minutes, but I will try to be all encompassing. My family and I moved here blindly from California in Nov-15, and from the start we have had nothing but issues. We had a laundry list of issues right away that took months for the incompetent staff to address and "attempt" to fix. In 7 months time I think we have probably filed at least 15-20 trouble call regarding our A/C unit. Week after week we would wake in the middle of the night to find the carpet area underneath the unit completely drenched in water. It has gotten so bad at times where the staff has had to lift up the carpet and place fans underneath it overnight to help it dry completely. Our apartment wreaks of mildew, and yet behold, it is still leaking to date. Over the past few months we have complained about a noise the A/C was make as well as if it were dying. Numerous times it was looked at, and on one occasion we were told "you just have one of the louder units"... Sure enough a week later our A/C motor blew up. The maintenance supervisor came in and repaired the motor, only to have it fall apart 2 days later! Our only good review was today when the main manager Nicole finally broke our lease for us. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! BE SMART AND READ THE REVIEWS. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY
