I have been going to Vegas for years. I mean since i was a kid! I have a lot of family that lives there so trips have been frequent. I got a deal to stay at Caesars Palace through work and this was probably one of the least satisfactory Hotel stays I've ever had and definitely the worst in Vegas. The staff was rude and acted like I was invisible when I went to check in. No big deal maybe it's just busy. So I find a kiosk to check in at, get my room key and get up to my room. We arrange to meet with friends in the lobby bar and end up waiting over 30 minutes for service. When we did get service my fiance got a long island iced tea. It was nothing but pure sweet and sour. Naturally we weren't extremely pleased with the service so we left to the strip. We had our fair share of alcohol and casino fun so we went back to our room. Well my fiance had a few too many drinks in addition to all the sweet and sour that was in her drinks at the lobby bar so the next day she was feeling a little rough. She called to the concierge and asked if there was a place onsite that sold vitamin B supplements. The concierge says they'll check and call her back. When they called back they said THE PARAMEDICS WERE ON THE WAY!!! What the hell?! No one asked for a damn paramedic? So she gets them to cancel the paramedic and they still never ended up answering the question. My fiance was totally panicked and in awe that asking for a vitamin B supplements turned into This! Well I ordered food to the room thinking ok get some food in her she will feel better. I got a waffle a bagel and eggs Benedict with a mimosas and they billed the room 250 bucks! Wtf? They didnt send up anything fancy! Cheap champagne you could get at a grocery store for 5 bucks. We waited in a shit ton of lines because we weren't "platinum or diamond members" and I couldn't even get a damn valet to take my car! I had to hike 30 damn minutes with all my luggage from self parking all the way to my room on the other side of the damn hotel! Then I get charged a resort fee? For what? What amenities did I get that wasnt covered when I booked my room? None. Nothing. The resort fee didnt accommodate a damn thing. I had a better time at Rio and Excalibur. I will never recommend Caesars Palace to anyone, ever...
