  • Lovely, large suite style rooms. Very clean. Although there is construction going on downstairs, they are doing a great job of minimizing any disruption. Love the easy access to the Grand Canal shops and restaurants. Love the coffee bean and juice/smoothie shop downstairs. The service is always incredibly friendly and helpful. We checked in early and they found a room for us no problem. Not a single problem. Love this place. This was my second stay and I will be back.
