  • Room was infested with beg bugs, which were transported back to our home and cost us hundreds of dollars in lost property, extermination treatments, and a vacation we had to cancel and lost airfare, rental car, and hotel money for the entire vacation. Contacted Four Queens several times and were completely ignored, not even a response or apology. They clearly don't give a shit about their guests whatsoever. Stay far far away from this place!
