  • Remained loyal customers and transferred our policy from Missouri to Nevada on 12.22 and was told by our agent Lena because we used our roadside assistance 4 times in 6 months, the underwriter prohibited my Airforce husband and I from having this service on our renewal. Please be advised, only 2 out of the 4 times were we actually assisted. I am a mother who needs this service new to an unfamiliar city. Don't mind if I do....We paid to have this service and it was never disclosed to us that if we used the service so many times we would be BANDED from using it once we renewed. The audacity of the agent, especially the underwriter and America Family as a whole to tell us we can't have this service baffles me! It's ridiculous, we PAID for roadside assistance; we're being treated as if they provided this service for free. What a slap in our face and a big thanks to my husband for his services to this unfair country! We're very offended and the second we locate a better insurance company we WILL CANCEL OUR POLICY IMMEDIATELY!
