  • I called Cool-Air Now around noon and I am able to get an appointment to have my A/C check the same day even on a busy hot day here in Las Vegas. There service charge is $25 which is among the lowest in town. Jeremy came and knew right away that it was my compressor. I also knew that it might be the compressor because of the grinding sound and the compressor gets hot then shuts down. Its a 14 year old unit so I figured its time for a new one. Jeremy gave me the option to replace the compressor or the whole unit for a more energy efficient unit. No sales pressure or scare tactics. I decided to have the compressor replaced. Jose and Carlos came the following morning to have my compressor replaced. Jose was respectful and worked diligently to make sure everything was working before he left. These guys saves the day and very happy with them!
