I dropped off my scuba tank, BCD and regulator for typical service to Scuba Professionals because the company was recommended to me by an associate from work. I was left with the impression it would only be about a week to complete the work. Almost 2 weeks later I finally got a call that it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived to pick up my dive gear, I was informed that my regulator was still in pieces because the company had not yet received the needed parts to repair it. I paid for the work performed on my tank and BCD, but will have to find an opportunity to make the 25-minute drive back out to Scuba Professionals once the regulator is finally repaired. Now I will be unable to dive during the Memorial Day weekend. It's aggravating to me, but I'm sure it's embarrassing for my work associate.
