Initially this place sounded nice and was a good deal. As far as quality of room, breakfast, and pool, it was nice. The problems we had during our stay were all at the front desk. We came to this hotel as it was in proximity to a wedding. Ordered the room for friday night on expedia. The front desk girl was extremely rude upon check in. She was even more rude when my wife attempted to reserve a room for Saturday night also. She said she could not extend the reservation because a third party booked the room. I simply used expedia to book another room for the next night. At this point it seemed that these people dont like to accept fresh crispy $100 bills from paying customers. She rudely informed us that we would have to clear our things out of our room by noon and would have to find somewhere else to be until 3pm when check in time was. I had no problem playing ball and clearing out and coming back by three. As far as upper management goes, I dont understand how a business can survive while providing the most appauling customer service I have ever witnessed. They treat you like garbage at the front desk. I will never stay here again.
