They disconnected my service a whole week before the date I asked them to (moving across the country). Almost 3 hours of repeating myself, getting hung up on, and NO RESOLUTION. 3 hours is a lot when you're packing a whole house to move across country. YOU HAVE OUR INFORMATION- YOU ASK US EVERY TIME WERE CONNECTED TO A DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT. HOW ABOUT A CALL BACK WHEN YOU ACCIDENTALLY HANG UP ON US???? Horrible service. 5 YEARS. Countless hours on the phone every time they jack up the bill. NO MORE!!!! Whenever I hear about a friend or even a neighbor moving to CenturyLink, I tell them NOT TO DO IT. They couldn't pay you the hours of your life you'll never get back just trying to speak of the disorganized, ignorant customer service you'd spend on the phone.
