  • Beautiful office, but the handling of patients is disrespectful of their time. I waited an hour and based on the number of patients before me still in the waiting room... i expected to be another 40 to 60min delay. At the 1hr mark, the office manager announced in the waiting room, that Dr. Fredrikson was delayed with a patient, and the 3 patients had not been forgotten. Three patients plus those in the back office visiting rooms is a lot of backlog to work through. I found this to be quite disrespectful of my time and other appointments that day. I asked for a refund since I had not seen Dr. Fredrikson yet, and left. I am waiting to see how long or if the refund comes through.
