  • Service was surprisingly horrible... I showed up to grab a coffee around 6:50 a.m. I knew that this location does not open until 7:00 a.m. so I waited in my car - no big deal. I walked up to the doors at 7:00 a.m. - expecting them to be open. An employee walks through the doors into the location (for what I am guessing was their shift) - doesn't say anything or acknowledge us. At 7:02 a.m., I decided just to open the door and walk in. The employees behind the counter looked at my as though I was doing something wrong. They were still counting their cash drawer and were not even ready to take my order. I asked them if they were open. The employee behind the counter states "I'm counting my cash drawer". I told him that I would just hang out on the side - no problem. I waited another 5 minutes and they were still not ready so I left. What a waste of my time. While I was walking out, three customers were walking in. I went to Starbucks instead. Will not be back.
