  • The tonkotsu and miso broth were excellent, the noodles perfect, and the char-siu was rich with umami. There's also a nice option to add some small maki rolls on the side if you're pretty hungry. I enjoyed the ambiance of the place with it's simple decor and the self-serve condiment options on the side (I'm not a fan of servers). The cashier and chef were very friendly as well. Probably some of my favorite ramen I've had in Vegas and no, they didn't? ask me to write this lol.
