Z-E-R-O stars would be more appropriate! Online companies should NOT try to "save money" by using Ontrac if they want to keep their customers. Ontrac outsources many of their deliveries, the drivers do not have GPS, no phones provided, and when they can not find an address they flag packages as 'undeliverable' or as a bad address because they are under time constraint and it's "easier" for them instead of trying to locate a difficult to find address. A driver told me this IN PERSON. I had MULTIPLE overnight packages with perishables sit at their facilities for two days before they ever made it on to their trucks, despite CLEARLY stating "overnight/perishable". the shift supervisors I spoke with whined about "too many packages and not enough drivers". it is simply ABSURD!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!
