  • I took my 2011 Q5 in for a LOF (Lube, oil and filter). Went to pick up the car and was told it was $250 for the invoice, including a $72 charge to reset the service light which was not quoted. BTW this is like a 5 minute procedure that they charge you 30 minutes to do. I'll never go back there. I went to Midtown Audi in Agincourt previously and had excellent service. I didn't go back there because it takes weeks to get an appointment. I was able to get into this dump the same day, now I know why!!! Avoid this place!!!!!
