  • I was extremely hesitant to get my phone fixed here based on some of the reviews but, I did and I couldn't be happier!!! Alex was awesome in every aspect. I have an Iphone 5S that was bent and the screen was shattered. Called every phone repair shop within a 50 mile radius and no one could give me a straight forward answer; most places wanting me to order the replacement back housing myself and bring to them so they could fix. After describing all of this to Amanda, (Office Manager) over the phone she suggested having Alex come by my work the following day to see if he could straighten out the back housing without having to rebuild the entire phone. Well that suggestion saved me hundreds of dollars because it worked. Alex came to my office, I made sure he had a nice quiet place to work and within 15 min he was done. Phone looks new and is working great. The professionalism, customer service and overall cost demonstrated by Amanda & Alex was truly outstanding. --Cherry On Top--he was the lowest priced in the area by a lot.
