| - I went here with a friend on St. Patrick's Day to grab some food and "pre-game" before heading over to the Irish bar for the evening.
I was fortunate enough to have a LivingSocial coupon for $40 worth of food and wine, so I thought we were set. My friend and I are both wine fans, so I thought this would be a great spot.
Long story short, the food was unmemorable (I think I had a cheese plate), if you wanted "real" food you were certainly going to pay for it ($$$) and I don't believe I found a glass of wine for under $9 a glass. I could be wrong. I could be cheap. Not sure.
As far as the staff, the initial male bartender was very friendly, and was pretty open to helping us spend $40 for our coupon. However, there was a female bartender as well, and she was not pleased with our couponed-meal. If you've read my reviews before, you know how I feel about properly tipping the staff, no matter your Groupon. However, this chickadee didn't want to give us a chance, and was pretty rude after delivering our bill.
Oh well. I normally love trying artsy-fartsy places, but this place missed the mark with me. It was neither good nor bad. The end.
