  • Everyone was kind and friendly and helpful trying to get us things for our 8 week old puppy. But they really need to brush up on their flea knowledge. 2 employees advised us to buy flea shampoo. As we put it on her we were reading the directions and it said don't use under 12 weeks. Not only that, but after we rushed to wash it off we read the horror stories of how hertz products have killed an insane amount of animals. The vet even told us never to use their products and she couldn't believe it was recommended. Maybe the store should get rid of this product so it doesn't happen again. If we wouldn't have read the directions we could have killed her. Not happy at all.
