  • Mixed reviews! Great selection of products and usually great service and they have one of the best selections of LED bulbs. So here is my problem with customer service....I spent nearly $500 over a months on replacing all of the LED bulbs in my house with 2 trips to Home Depot. I purchased close to 60 bulbs with all the lights fixtures, laps, can lights, etc. After a months I checked all the bulbs to ensure they were functioning as they're fairly expensive. I found 3 not working correctly. I found the receipts which they were all purchased on. I took them back with the original 60W packet and mind you I purchased all of the exact same 60W bulbs. The customers.service rep was unsure on replacing the bulbs (mind you they come out with a 10 year warranty). The supervisor came to assist. The manager scanned the bulb packs and she said that these bulbs didn't match the receipt. Printed on the receipt was the exact name which was on the packet and because they computer didn't come up with a name she said "Im sorry these are not the correct bulbs to this receipt/computer system". I had both receipts and the supervisor pretty much called me a liar. I even stated that "so you're calling me a liar" and she just said well these don't match so you obviously have the wrong one bulbs or they were purchased somewhere else. Just to be clear Home Depot are the only company that sells this brand of bulb. I finally said why don't you run them against my credit card as I make all purchases hear on my credit card. She scanned the bulbs and swiped my card and all 3 bulbs miraculously came up with the exact same description as what was on the receipt and packages. They finally issued me with a credit. There was obviously some sort of UPC,computer or scanning error. The supervisor was surprised and just said I guess we found the right ones and Ill get a credit. You must have had the wrong receipt...No... I'm sorry, you were right, there must have been a computer error and she pretty much walked off an ignored me. VERY bad customer service.
