Terrible lost and found system. I left a scarf on a go bus and realized within minutes of leaving the bus. I call lost and found, hoping I can get a hold of someone who can then contact the driver or the station the driver was headed to. Instead I get a voicemail saying someone will get back tome in 24 hours. No one gets back to me. I email, then someone decides to do their job. Then all they can offer is I have to trek to Union Station to pick up my stuff since all lost items go there instead of a local station, which is beyond stupid.
