  • If I could give you a "O" Stars I would but as you already know the Yelp gods will not allow it. I came to the Ceasars Palace forum shops on a shopping spree to buy Mac Cosmetics. I walked around with my friend and selected a handful of items. The employees seemed like they were upset about being at work. No smile and very rude. :( That's so sad. Because of the service we received, we opt to put everything down and visit another MAC counter where I would be appreciated as a CUSTOMER and not someone annoying your day. We ended up walking over to Planet Hollywood and visited the MAC Store there. They were so nice and helpful and a few people actually took the time to walk over to us and ask if they could help us (even though someone else was helping us. See, that's service and this store should attend customer service classes regardless if you're on commission or hourly. At the end of the day, we ended up purchasing our items at the other location because of the bad service. I wish I took the names down of the ladies. The store wasn't even busy at all. Boo, stay away from this store and check out the other locations.
