  • Terrible service and job. Bought the silver package, the entire time they kept just trying to upsell me. Was supposed to include a vacuum/shampoo/hand wash, and every time I pointed out the areas I wanted them to focus on (hair/dust on seats, a stain on the seat) they told me they couldn't fix it unless I bought the higher package and they used a very condescending tone. Pictures attached of the terrible results. What a complete waste of money and time, the job I tried to do myself last summer was better.
