  • This is such a fun place to take kiddos. We have always had a great experience (when arriving early to beat the crowd). However, I'm very disappointed with the lack of good costume service(the biggest down fall of this place) We renewed our membership in early January and I never received our new cards. So for the past two weeks I have called and left messages for someone to call me back in regards to the new cards. It's impossible to speak to a person when you call! There needs to be an email provided or easier way to have questions answered.
