rev:text	My wife and I live here. I see a lot of complaints regarding parking and parking enforcement - I don't doubt the veracity of their statements, but it is dependent on where in the complex you live, we have three vehicles and happen to love our parking situation. I'd like to comment more on the security of the complex. It seems in my opinion to be a completely porous community, the walls and fence seem more for show and the "theater of security" than any actual impedance - in my opinion, this is due to lack of any visible enforcement efforts. At first, it was shocking to us to see young men hopping the walls and walking around the complex at all times of the day and night. Now, unfortunately, it seems routine. There are parts of the fence that have been bent so that passage through them is expedited for kids cutting through after school in the afternoon. Unfortunately, this is also utilized by other, significantly older "children" throughout the evening, in concert with hopping over the walls. I honestly can't think of anything the complex could reasonably do to stop this behavior. Their security force, as pointed out in other posts is only part-time on the property, and is more suited to aggressive parking violation enforcement than actual "security" or deterrence. They could park a security car in the most affected areas, but that would most likely be cost prohibitive for them to do, and as soon as that security car left, the incidence would shortly resume. I guess they could encourage more aggressive reporting by residents (they don't seem to have the number for the security company posted prominently on their website, I assume it might be in their office...?) but I think the current political climate in America may be such that having private security cops stopping young men walking on the suspicions of a gated community resident leaves an unpleasant taste in the mouth of most. I gave 3 stars because we had realistic expectations upon moving in, it would have a 4 out of 5 rating if the complex had a more effective course of action to deal with what is, in my opinion, an ongoing, obvious and inherently dangerous security situation.
