  • My husband, daughter, and I have done extensive research on finding the best apartment home in and around the Tempe Town Lake area. We looked at everything, but nothing comes close to the perfection of Nexa apartment homes. While we were there visiting for the first time, not only were we greeted by the friendliest staff whose names are Jenny and Kayla, but we also had the good fortune of meeting the developer, Nate. The passion and pride that this developer showed us when he took time out of his busy schedule to sit down with us and not only go over the complex in its entirety, but he cared very much about what would be important for him to incorporate in our apartment home to make it as comfortable as could be for us. Nate took the time to ask us what amenities would be important for us but I was honestly speechless because the amenities were already the most extraordinary. My husband and myself were blown away by the passion and the excitement that Nate, the developer, showed for his complex. The apartment homes, the design, and the amenities were just brilliantly thought out. After viewing every complex in that area, there is just no comparison in the level of quality and amenities. What really is the most important thing that I noticed was the pride of the developer and the staff. It is by far the most gorgeous complex and we so hope to make that our future home for many years to come. After seeing Nexa, there's nowhere else you would ever want to be.
