Yes, it is a little congested in here but unlike some of its competitors, things tend to be where you'd expect them to be as everything is well organized. There are the right number of sales folks around too to help if you need it, although they don't seek you out. I've made a few purchases here from little kitchen gadgets to larger purchases (new bedding anyone) and I have found the level of service and selection to be consistently good.
If you are shopping for bedding, know that they are an American company so instead of double they have "full" as a sizing. This seemed to be confusing many a patron the few times I've been in that section but the sales staff were quick to explain. Note to head office: you might want to update your signage for the Canadian market as to not confuse your customers.
All in all this store has never let me down and I find it far less chaotic than Ikea, Winners and Home Sense can be (don't talk to me about Home Outfitters as they are dead to me).
