  • After living in these apartments for a year I regret it with all my heart. Maintenance is a decent but the front office staff is ridiculous. Jermain is cool but the manager is a straight condescending piece of crap. She told us she would re new the lease for my roommate who was staying there another year and a couple days before he was going to go sign paper work she told him she already rented it out. What kinda nonesense is that. The walls are thin, when monsoon season was here we had water leaks through the walls due to the rain. Plumbing was always backed up. If it wasn't for the unorganized and u professionalism from the manager I would give this place 3 stars. But I'm sick that such a person can screw their residence over the way they did. I would not recommend these apartments to no one! The area is beautiful but with a manger like her she kills the living experience.
