  • Sadly disappointed. The location is very convenient, clean studio, and friendly employees. However, I had someone that was new for the location and they should have known the quality of work they did. Every nail was shaped differently and my cuticles came out worse than when they went in. By the next day, the clear nail polish (since I didn't use a color on my hands) was bubbling up and peeling. I have never had that happen, not even with a clear nail coat. The nail color on my feet was unfinished with half nails completely polish free. Now let's talk about location and price. There are signs that if you pay cash you receive a 5% discount. What about the new clients that aren't familiar with this policy? Shouldn't you make an exception in order to keep them? Well $38 for a mani/pedi is completely overpriced. I live in Miami and have amazing service for much less. I certainly would not recommend coming here if you want quality service. I wish I would have asked for the name of the technician that did my nails because she is not worth the $38.
