  • This apartment rental is totally a trap! Just add around $300 extra charges on top of your claimed rent. They made you share all the cost in the common area, "allocated eletricity" (as high as $50/month), "allocated trash", "allocated water/sewer" (as high as $100/month), etc. In the tour, they won't tell you all these additional fees, nor in the first month. After you sign their lease, you will be shocked by how much more you need to pay! I'm so glad I've moved out as soon as the least ends, which is what others did also. That's why there are so many vacant units when you tour them. The more vacant units, the more you pay the "allocated" fees!!!
