  • I've tried the Public House 4 or 5 times and have been disappointed every time. I was so excited when I learned that a new neighborhood bar was coming to the area since there really hasn't been a good one in the area for a while. Service, sucks. Food, not good. Atmosphere, I wish I could comment on it but I was always pretty pissed that it would take 5 minutes to be acknowledged and then another 15 to get a beer.... That alone with kill anyone's mood. The best part- the place was empty every time! Like a jackass, I went back over and over hoping it would improve. It didn't. Ahwatukee didn't need another sports bar let alone a crappy one.
