  • To be fair, I have decided to give them another try. They have improved. We will see if the improvement continues. Well I was hoping this place would get better after Jackons took over for Danny's. But, it certainly hasn't. Quality is hit and miss every single time. I've had to have them rewash and re-vacuum multiple times. The most recent problem I've had is the armor all that they slop into the tires heavily flung off all over my freshly washed car. I brought it in a few days later and they refused to wash it again or fix it. It looked like crap 2 days after washing because of their over use of a product. Ridiculous. I have tried and tried to give these guys a chance but they aren't worth it, so I went from washing two cars here weekly to no more. Bye, bye jacksons. And to the rude ass manager who rolled his eyes at me and walked away when I was trying to find a solution to the armor all problem, get a new job because you suck at yours.
