  • After recently moving to the area and a new home we wanted a higher level of cleaning. After talking to the owner and being assured of the "top down" cleaning approach we decided to get service with Molly Maids in Mesa. What a disappointment, they only cleaned floors with water of which they just slapped on and never really "cleaned", missed large areas of dusting, and the house never smelled or seemed clean-they did a general 1/2 A** job. After almost $400 a month for my only 1800 square foot house I would expect at least my house to FEEL clean-but it didn't. Clearly customer service is not a high priority as I sent an email outlining my frustration and I never even got a response...save your money, call someone else.
