| - So I reviewed the Palladium a year and a half ago when I signed my first lease. Today, I signed my third. That in itself speaks volumes to the place. The location CANNOT be beat in Old Town. The pricing is on par with everything else, maybe even a little bit less than some of the nearby neighbors like San marin and Stetson. That being said, it is Old Town, and you pay for what you get. And what you get here is an incredible location, beautiful floor plans, resident events, awesome neighbors, but most of all, a staff that gives a you know what. Leonard is the business manager still, and he was the reason I came back and chose Palladium in 2016. He is the reason I'm here now, and the reason I'll be here for another year. He cares, and I don't just mean in the way "oh yeah, he cares", but he will go above and beyond the definition of above and beyond. He made my first move in easy, the second one even easier in a time of chaos, and he has made this transfer process as simple as you could imagine (honestly, probably simpler than you could imagine). His passion and devotion is passed down to the rest of his staff, from the office to the maintenance group. They're here for whatever you need, in a timely manner, always professional and friendly. I had some other options toward the end of this lease, be it moving on to a house or a condo or even other apartments that may be closer to where I work. But you cannot put a price on the way you are treated by the staff here, and you absolutely can't beat the amenities, location, or lifestyle you get when you choose to live at the Palladium. Leonard and his staff have made it feel like home, regardless of what life has thrown in the way.
If you're new to the area, or even if you've been here a while, don't bother shopping around. A lot of places seem great on the outside or at first glance, but get settled in and you'll probably realize you made a mistake. I love living here, my friends from around town love visiting here for both local and residential events, and my friends from out of town can't wait to come back to this place. So if you want the average place to sleep and leave from for work, look elsewhere. If you want a place you love coming back to at the end of the day and are proud to invite your friends and family to, you don't have any more looking to do. Get to know the staff, they're incredible, and enjoy the fact that you live in one of the best apartments in one of the best areas of the valley. I'm thrilled to say I'm looking forward to living here for even longer.
