| - Ok-ok. I feel as the current Duchess of this location of Jamba Juice that they deserve a quick kudos!
BACKGROUND
As I've mentioned a zillion times, I live in this area. Therefore, I naturally stop by the closest location, not necessarily the fanciest. My trainer wanted me to get into drinking juice as often as possible, so I've been popping into Jamba Juice at least 5 times per week.
JAMBA JUICE: THE HISTORY
Interestingly, Jamba Juice was founded as a "senior project" by a healthy-lifestyle advocate, San Luis Obispo based, Kirk Perron, in 1990. Now, Jamba Juice is a publicly traded, international corporation with mostly franchise-operated stores; which makes me think this location is a franchise.
As with most franchises of this size, the investment is $300,000 - $600,000, and a good portion of someone's time and energy. Because I know what's involved in business ownership, I ALWAYS start from a positive perspective when posting a review.
SERVICE EXPERIENCE
Although this is a tiny store with not too many frills, the staff is ALWAYS ridiculously friendly, which I greatly appreciate.
As I've mentioned before, you can always tell the quality of the management/owner by looking at how the staff behaves. All evidence points to this location having EXCELLENT management.
In addition, the store is always spotless and the smoothies are always delicious. I like to add a bunch of extras, like energy, collagen and protein. There is usually a little extra that doesn't fit into the cup, so they put the rest into a small cup so nothing goes to waste. Since my smoothies are about $8 each, I appreciate the little extra.
CONCLUSION
This location is not fancy, but if you're in the vicinity and in the mood for a smoothie, I wouldn't hesitate to stop by.
4/5 RECOMMEND
