  • I lost a jacket on the Go train and went to Go Transit's Lost and Found office at Union Station. The attendant was rude and condescending. He acted like I was making it up and trying to get a free jacket or something. I had to practically beg him to go look for it in their storage area and he did but reluctantly. He didn't want to bother getting off his chair. Naturally my jacket wasn't there. He probably just walked to the back area and came back without even checking. Very poor customer service!
