  • If you are looking for good looking furniture that won't last with a company that doesn't stand behind their products please purchase from Ashley. I purchased a Leather Sofa, Love seat, and 2 chairs from Ashley Furniture with the extended warranty. After about 2.5 years the Love seat and sofa started to crack and blister, this was when I noticed the "leather was not real". I called up the warranty service and they sent out an agent to repair the issues. When the agent was at my house they informed me that the blistering and cracking isn't covered and attempted to correct the issue. When he left the cracks looked good but a week later they were back with vengeance. Called Ashley back up and they wouldn't help with anything.
