After realtively good service with Honda of Concord, they totally missed the boat on customer service from their body shop. Paint on my son's 2010 Honda Civic was peeling; and they admitted a known defect and Honda would pay for. The big gotcha was that they wanted to keep the car for 10 days even though we scheduled a month in advance and would not give a rental car. Formal complaint lodged with Honda. Serious issues on responsiveness; and never could get the body shop manager to call back until the day it was scheduled, and was totally useless. I tried at least a a half dozen times to no avail and finally just scheduled with another shop and taking the financial hit
