  • Went during the summer after realizing that Arctic Bites was closed to try the Thai Rolled Ice Cream trend and was honestly not too big of a fan. Though the novelty of seeing your ice cream rolled was pretty cool I've got to admit, it changed nothing in terms of adding meaningful texture or flavour to the ice cream. Being a huge ice cream fanatic, I didn't really appreciate their take on "creative" pairings -- felt more like a pile of stuff piled onto a chewier version of regular ice cream. Aesthetically, it looks great but other than the "Instagram" factor nothing too special here. I feel like I was almost forcing myself to enjoy the ice cream more just because the trend had been hyped up so much and I'd already paid $6 for the rolls.... there are better ice cream places in Toronto sorry!
