  • Our first time. No idea what to expect, but: PROS: a nice venue, seeing hot air balloons close up and watching them inflate, good live music and a nice fireworks show CONS: $15 to get in. Lines to buy food/drink tickets and then lines to actually buy the food and drink, crowded-my estimate is at least 10,000. We left before the fireworks to fetch our car and then parked along a nearby road to watch the show. That allowed us to avoid the mass exodus. Hard to understand how this Festival does so well when so much is wrong.
