  • I went in today to look at carpet. The girl working in the department ignored me until I asked another associate for help. She finally then stood with me for about 30 seconds to show me what I was looking for and left. Looking for new carpet and understanding the complexity can be challenging. It can be extremely frustrating to look at all the carpet and not know what the hell you are doing! Lowes lost a $5,000 sale today. You would think you would cater to a customer who is ready to go in and spend a large sum of money. I went across the street to Home Depot and the associate was extremely helpful. He explained carpet density, durability, etc to me so I could narrow down what I needed. Home Depot is a lot cheaper as well! Sorry Lowes, you suck!
