  • For several years now I have trusted this company with my carpets. NEVER again. In the past if there has been an issue with a stain they would pick up the phone and call to see how I wanted to handle it. I recieved my carpet back last week and it looks like it was never touched. I was horrified and told the chaps delivering how I felt and they said they would have the manager call me. No one has bothered to call me. I spent $450 to clean this carpet. I appreciate that they can not get all stains out BUT they should tell me this BEFORE I spend the money. Very disappointed.
