  • There is a reason why I almost never go to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and I was reminded today when I broke my rule. They conveniently use an oil that coupons are not good for, think I was paying 15.00 for an air filter and they charged me almost 30.00 because apparently there was the word "from" in small print. And then a person who is the "customer service" rep, who hasn't a clue how to provide customer service. Will never do that again. Avoid this location and probably Jiffy Lubes in general!
