| - I've been coming here since we moved here in 2013 and depending on what time of the day you come it's usually a hit or miss. Let's just say that when I see Dr. Tran I leave the clinic with a peace of mind. Since I've been out of the country for half of the year, I haven't been here since last year.
I went to the clinic last Monday and to my surprise I didn't have to wait long. I was called within 15 minutes. The nurse was hilarious and helped me get situated real quick. He took my vitals, got my info, and did a urine test. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see Dr. Tran and ended up seeing a PA. He seemed ok as I talked to him and explained why I came in today. He talked to me for 5 minutes and sent me on my way. HE DIDNT EXAMINE ME OR ANYTHING. He said, "we usually treat symptoms, so I'm giving you an antibiotic". I understand doctors treat the symptoms but since I've been getting side pains I think it would have been routine to do an exam. We could have just done a consult over the phone if this was the case. So now, nearly a week later I'm still in pain not knowing why I feel this way. Probably won't be back there again.
On another note, the staff at the front used to be real nice and on top things, but this time they just seemed too occupied with the phones and paperwork. I understand how there's tons of work, but they also need to assist the patients who walk in. I walked in there, said hello, and still they didn't care. It's courtesy to acknowledge your patients.
Overall, I think I need to find another urgent care. Hopefully one where the Dr will ACTUALLY do an exam.
