  • Brought my dog in for grooming they told me he wouldn't be ready until 3pm okay thats fine 62$ because his previous owners let him get matted thats fine! Just trying to get him cleaned up he looked like Bob Marley. Fast forward 20 minutes to three they are calling me saying my dog was acting aggressive and wouldn't come out of the kennel. I immediately go to pick him up they have me come in the back to get him and the teddy bear I know he is he melts in my arms happy to see me! There is no aggressive bone in his body. He really needed to be groomed so I last minute took him in to Groomingdales and let them know pets smart said he was acting aggressive. I just picked my dog up from Groomingdales and they tell me he wasn't aggressive at all he was playful and loving. Leaves me curious what pets smart did to make my dog so 'aggresive'
