  • Two stars because we had no problem when we arrived. We bought round trip tickets and we waited about 20 min for our shuttle to depart towards the strip. We arrived and no problem. The driver was very talkative and gave us "tips" in the beginning of the ride. It wasn't that he was being courteous or nice, his whole story was to tell us not to forget to tip him. So it was a good experience to our hotel. Now for getting back to the airport. We were told to call and schedule a pick up. We told them our flight was for 5:45 pm and were told the shuttle would be there at 3:15 pm. Well we did not get picked up until about 4:15!!!! We called and the others waiting called the company and they were all put on hold. 2 shuttles came by only to drop off. The last drop off told us that our shuttle was behind him at the light. He lied! That shuttle was only dropping off too. At this point we are all getting worried because we have flights to catch. Finally our shuttle arrived. We had a very pretty female driver who told us that somehow our reservation was not in their system. That they had no clue we had to get picked up. What???!!!!! She says no worries, the airport is 10 minutes away. So she drives off and then tells us we are making one stop at another hotel. Ugh! We got at the airport at around 4:45. It was a very bad experience waiting for over an hour to get picked up. Poor service because we were told our reservation just disappeared. Wtf? Won't be using them again. How does a business forget a pick up? There were about 5 other groups waiting on that same shuttle so multiple calls were made to schedule that pick up.
