  • We were sent here to pick up a car when our other rental broke down (diff company). To be fair they accomodated us with a rental for another company...but the car HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED. There are crusty yellow stains on the seat, dirty shoe marks on the back of the seats and the car smelled. We said something immediately, but they did not seem embarrassed to send people out in a dirty, gross car. They were visibly annoyed to have even had to deal with us... guess what? We were pretty annoyed too, but this is where we were sent. Insert disappointed sigh.
