  • Set up an appointment Monday for Tuesday afternoon. I was promised a phone call about 30 min prior to arrival. No call, no show. Called Wednesday morning to ask what happened. No explanation, they just offered to get me on the schedule that day for the same time.. No call, no show. Now it's noon on Thursday, no communication. I've been without A/C for four days now.
