  • This gym used to be great but I am extremely unhappy with the management. Anyone reading this do not sign up for personal training there. I signed up there to help a buddy of mine out and couldn't regret it anymore so. I signed up with a personal trainer and one month into my 4 month personal training committment my personal trainer was removed by management and the management said that I had to finish the training committment with another trainer. This would have been fine but the trainer who was originally training me sought me out and trained me for free to show off her training skills in order to sell the personal training package and she was the direct reason and motive for me buying the personal training package. Also, Corporate if youre looking at this. Check out your manager Charlie, he might have the worst customer service for a manager that I have ever met. Anyone looking to sign up for PT beware they might remove your trainer a quarter way through your contract. I'll be welcoming LVAC with open arms after this fiasco.
