  • The phone NEVER works, was suppose to get a call about my lease renewal and no one called. But you want to keep me as a resident? Yeah.... I don't think that's going to happen. Oh, called then to come fix my stove, and never came. Bugs are a HUGE problem with this place. I'll be looking for someone else to move by the end of my lease it seems. Not happy with the customer service. Love the apartments, but PLEASE get a better staff!
